Samsung launches Galaxy S25 Edge, its thinnest flagship yet

Samsung has launched the Galaxy S25 Edge, touting it as its thinnest flagship smartphone yet. Measuring a mere 5.8mm thick and weighing 163g, this new addition to the Galaxy S series boasts a slim, premium design combined with Galaxy AI capabilities.

The Galaxy S25 Edge features a durable titanium body with curved edges and Corning Gorilla Glass Ceramic 2 for enhanced protection. It sports a 6.7-inch QHD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate.

In terms of photography, the device is equipped with a 200MP wide-angle primary camera, a 12MP ultra-wide camera, and a 12MP front-facing camera. It runs on the Snapdragon 8 Elite Mobile Platform for Galaxy and comes with Android 15-based One UI 7, including Galaxy AI features like Audio Eraser.

Powering the phone is a 3,900mAh battery with support for 25W fast charging and 15W wireless charging. Similar to the rest of the Galaxy S25 series, it will receive seven years of major OS and security updates.

The Galaxy S25 Edge is available in Titanium Silver, Titanium Jetblack, and Titanium Icyblue finishes. The base model, featuring 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, is priced at $1,099 in the US.
