Key Symptoms to Monitor: mild stiffness after inactivity, subtle creaking or clicking in the knee, and occasional swelling.
Common Causes: obesity, joint overuse, misalignment, and even minor injuries.
Preventive Measures: maintain a healthy weight, engage in joint-friendly activities like swimming or cycling, strengthen supporting muscles, and address early discomfort with rest, ice, and medical advice if needed .
With knee degradation silently advancing among younger adults, early recognition and lifestyle adjustments are essential to ward off long-term impairment.
